Databricks
Stream Teachfloor xAPI events into a Delta table on Databricks. Auto-created schema, personal access token authentication, ready to query from SQL warehouses, Databricks notebooks, or any BI tool the moment the first flush lands.
Features
Delta Lake native, ready for the lakehouse stack
Events land as rows in a Delta table — queryable from SQL warehouses, Databricks notebooks, Photon-accelerated queries, dbt, or any downstream tool that speaks Databricks SQL. USING DELTA DDL means ACID guarantees, time travel, and Z-ORDER out of the box.
Personal access token, no OAuth setup
Authenticates with a Databricks PAT — the same token pattern every admin already knows. Rotate on your existing schedule; no service principal ceremony, no OAuth client registration.
Multi-cloud, canonical xAPI
Runs against Databricks workspaces on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Every row is a full xAPI statement — actors, verbs, activities, results, context — portable to any LRS or downstream analytics workload.
Permissions
Once installed, Databricks will be permitted access to your Teachfloor data as described below.
